Last-Minute Halloween Makeup: Sugar Skull Tutorial

So I’ve been to most of the fancy dress shops around Cairo and somehow most of the costumes remind me of Mean Girls:
“Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.”
After reading about the Sugar Skull concept, I decided to take a different track this year.

It looked awesome on Sandra Bullock (as seen in the picture above) and Fergie (see below) – almost unrecognizable, right?
