Pauly D Will Be In His Baby’s Life ‘One Way Or Another’

Pauly D isn’t letting custody and child support drama get in the way of being a good father to Amabella.
“He’s going to figure out how to be in that baby’s life one way or another,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. ”Despite all the drama, he’s just really excited about being a dad and he’s very, very happy about it.”
Despite his joy, the situation could get really ugly, since Amanda and Pauly don’t know each other too well. She Pauly in Vegas in 2012, which led to a one-night stand.

Even though the Jersey Shore star is over the moon about his baby girl, not knowing Amanda very well is causing major legal issues.
Pauly doesn’t think that she’s a fit mother because she used to work at Hooters and has another child, TMZ reported.
The two have filed dueling court docs because Pauly wants custody of his daughter, since he allegedly hasn’t physically seen the child yet, our source confirms. Amanda wants child support, even though Pauly is requesting custody — which may be a good thing, since Amanda took a picture of Amabella in a high chair that was covered in $100 bills.
Our source also confirmed that she lives in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Amabella is allegedly a few months old, and Pauly took a DNA test to confirm he is the father.
