DJ Pauly D is the proud new dad of a baby girl, he announced on Oct. 22. But Pauly’s joy quickly turned to anger now that he’s reportedly in an ugly battle with his baby’s mother — because he thinks she’s unfit to be a mom! Read on for all the details.

DJ Pauly D In Custody Battle With Baby’s Mother

The Jersey Shore star is over the moon about his baby girl, Amabella, but not knowing the child’s mom very well is causing major legal issues.
Pauly doesn’t think that the 25-year-old mother of his child, Amanda, is a fit mother because she used to work at Hooters and has another child, according to TMZ.
The two have reportedly filed dueling court docs because Pauly wants custody of his ADORABLE baby daughter, since he allegedly hasn’t physically seen the child yet. Amanda wants child support, even though Pauly is requesting custody — which may be a good thing, since Amanda took a picture of Amabella in a high chair that was covered in $100 bills.
Amanda met Pauly in Vegas in 2012, but she reportedly lives in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Amabella is allegedly a few months old, and Pauly took a DNA test to confirm he is the father.

DJ Pauly D Is A ‘Proud’ New Father

Even though the baby came as a surprise to Pauly and he’s feuding with Amanda, he was still so happy to welcome the little bundle of joy into his life.
“I’m proud I’m a father,” he told TMZ. “I am excited to embark on this new part of my life.”
“[They] didn’t have a previous relationship,” a source close to Pauly told E! News about Pauly and Amanda. “But the new dad is hoping to develop a relationship with her. [He] wasn’t exactly planning for it to happen this way. But God works in mysterious ways.”
Looks like that relationship may not work out if they can’t reach a custody agreement!
