Back in 2011, Suzuki unveiled an ultra-efficient small car concept
called the Regina – though this name was quickly changed to G70 for
Europe (can’t imagine why).
Now in 2013, Suzuki has unveiled the Crosshiker – a taller, chunkier
take on the same theme. This is a very modern crossover, in other words.
Should the Nissan Juke be worried?
If Suzuki actually decided to build a production version of the Crosshiker that looked like this, then yes, we think the Nissan Juke should be worried. With its small glass area and taller body, the Crosshiker looks like The Jetson’s spaceship on wheels. Futuristic in a good way. Unfortunately, Suzuki’s recent track record for transferring strong production car looks into production isn’t terribly strong. Just look at the Suzuki SX4 S-Cross.
