French Toast

Ingredients:
4  eggs 
1  cup milk
1  teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
8  pieces of toast 
Butter (for frying)

Directions:
1.Whip eggs til frothy, put in pie dish.
2.Add milk  to and whip to combine. add cinnamon and sugar to egg mixture and whip to combine.
3.Warm skillet over med- high heat add margarine to hot skillet.
4.Briefly soak bread in egg mixture on each side.
and to hot skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
*serve hot with butter and syrup on the side.
