Ingredients:
2 cup of pumpkin
2 egg s
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups of butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 370°F.
Blend pumpkin, egg, oil and sugar. Mix together in another bowl the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Gradually add to first mixture. Dissolve the baking soda in milk and add to the mix. Stir in the butterscotch chips, walnuts and vanilla.
Use a teaspoon to scoop from the mix into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. When the cookies are cooked and cooled, decorate using orange icing. Draw the eyes and mouth black icing. Enjoy!
