Gear up and Make Use of Your Anger

Having a bad day? We all are. Bad days happen. A terrible boss, an embarrassing situation, a sudden heart break, clothes that don't fit and much more can tick us off every day; it is just life’s way of showing you the bad side. “Eating” a lot of food may be your only solace; or screaming out loud like a crazy person may help sometimes. However, you can get rid of such horrible feelings and change your mood completely without committing a crime. Here is a list of ideas that may help in changing your mood completely:

Beat up:
Your blood is boiling, you have the feeling that the only way to release your anger is by punching or kicking someone, then that’s when you should hit the gym.
Solution:
It's time for boxing or kickboxing. Yes, I’m serious. Just imagine the target of your anger as you do a set of 12 front kicking!! Oh, what a good feeling. Plus this activity will help you lose more weight and look fit.
Bored to death:
Staying at home with nothing to do, waiting for the hours to pass right off to your bed time? Then it's time to beat your boredom.
Solution:
Aerobics is a good way to pass time quickly. You'll be surprised how quickly an hour-long class flies by. So attend any aerobics class and feel the difference in your body and mind.
Mr. Lonely:
“Feeling lonely" became your permanent status on Facebook, so don’t wait for your friends to cheer you up, you can do that yourself.
Solution:
Exercising with a group of people who are all following the same routine and all have similar goals can really make you feel like you're a part of something bigger than yourself.
Feeling blue:
Of course you have “downs”, you feel bad, depressed and maybe worthless. Obviously you’re looking at the dark side of your life; then it's time for some change.
Solution:
Going outside for some fresh air and meeting different people can change your perspective on the world and to yourself completely. So it's time for biking, outdoor walking, or any exercise that makes you feel better and a bit relieved.
Lost:
If you feel confused, lost and aimless, then you need an extroverted act. Yes, you need some change.
Solution:
Act as if you’re on top of the world. Go for an adventurous new trip, take on extreme sports like canoeing, mountain climbing or whatever comes to your mind. Believe me your mood will improve and that "lost" feeling will just fade away.
So it's time to go back to your normal self and change your mood. Exercise is one of the main tools that will help you greatly. So what are you waiting for now?
