4 cups of soft cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
2 cups of white baking chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 drops of food coloring ( use orange, or red and yellow or any colour you wish)
Directions:
1.Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
2.Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.
Add white chocolate, vanilla, and food coloring; mix well.
3.Spread in a foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Cut into squares.
* Be creative with colors depending on what your celebrating!!!
