Our Love Affair with Junk Food …Must Stop Now!!

Everything makes you FAT!! Literally we start believing in that statement, especially after the stressful ridiculous diet "issue" all over the internet and the media. Although the "diet" monster is chasing us everywhere; we still addicted to junk food. Who can resist a delicious pizza, snacks, crunchy yummy chips .. No one!! Thus, here are some tricks I tried, to avoid eating junk food and it works..yaaay!!

This chart clarifies what you should eat and what you shouldn't:
Sugar is no-no:
Eating too many high sugar; will make you feel like a crap. So try as much as you can to cut the sugar and replace it with healthy fruits. Of course what I am saying now sounds hard; but it's doable.
Take into your account that you are experiencing a dramatic change in your food scheme; so the best thing is to start small so you don't become overwhelmed and feel guilty if you slip up. So the
best thing to do is to eat no high sugar for 2 days a week then after 2 weeks move to four days a week and so on.
Don't feel guilty in your "cheat Day"
I feel so weak when it comes to eating pizza.. Yes, super supreme Pizza "especially stuffed crust one"; I end up eating it with non-stop then guilt ghost keep haunting me. So on your cheat day, you
can eat whatever you want, but stop when you feel full, rather than stuffed. And don't ever feel guilty.. just feel happy and reward yourself.
Over eat Tendency:
One of my biggest challenges is eating just enough to the point that I get full. I have the tendency to overeat, so one way I fight this is by having a mint or chewing gum once I feel full after a meal. Mint
always helps in suppressing appetite. So keep a chewing gum with you wherever you go.
Addicted to Chips!!
I am one of those people who are addicted to chips and no matter how hard I tried.. I failed in stopping this habbit. However, here is a trick that may help you; replace crispy chips with a healthier crispy alternative like cucumber or bell pepper. Sometimes this trick works.
Never ever skip Breakfast!!
Breakfast is an important meal that you should never skip and some researchers suggested that you should eat just after 30 minutes of waking up. Breakfast will help you to eat less food at lunch
and will help you stay away from eating junk food in the middle of the day.
