This word we always say that people used to believe in for
generations. But this saying may lose some of its truth with
modernization.
I wonder if any of it still remains true? One of the main duties of a wife and a mother is cooking. Some women enjoy it and excel at it, some feel obliged to do it and make the minimum effort needed and some find other alternatives.
But this issue can make a big difference with a man. What we are actually discussing is the degree of influence that a woman’s cooking has over her relationship with her husband.
What can a woman lead her husband to do after a nice homemade meal of his favorite dishes? To what extent does a man prefer to eat 'from his wife’s hand rather than from the maid ,the cooks or even the ready-made food from other sources? Does it matter in a married couple’s life if the wife is a good or bad cook? These were all questions that we posed to on some couples at different stages of their marriage.
As I went along interviewing couples, i found that Food was no longer the issue, it was the caring, understanding each other’s needs, sharing the responsibility, trying to make each other happy that really mattered to both the men and women.
i think Men don’t change their moods and opinions because of food, but because of the atmosphere, the intimacy and the love they feel their wives spread in their homes.
