Rafah bomb update: more casualties

The number of victims in a car bomb explosion in front of the military intelligence in Rafah on Wednesday has risen to five, in addition to six others with injuries, from serious to minor, and all victims of the attack were recruits, said an official military source.


All killed and injured were rushed to the military hospital in Arish, the source told Al-Masry Al-Youm.Meanwhile, the Palestinian director of the Rafah crossing said Egyptian authorities had closed the crossing in both directions until further notice because of a deterioration in the security situation in Sinai.Edited translation from Al-Masry Al-Youm
